Billed as the flattest marathon in England, with only about 6m of total elevation gain on an out-and-back through the Lincolnshire fens — there is no meaningful hill anywhere on the 42.195km. The route is measured and certified by the AUKCM (Association of UK Course Measurers), and finish times are accredited as qualifying times for other marathons. Starts at Boston Market Place by the Boston Stump, heads out on quiet rural roads through small fen villages then turns back toward Boston, and fini +6m elevation
