Single lap, open undulating roads, west of the island marathon course in Cowes with 350m elevation gain. Undulating and honestly challenging rather than flat. The single lap rolls through town and rural lanes on the quieter western side of the island, with roughly 350m (about 1,150ft) of total ascent spread across the loop — a notably hillier course than UK PB tracks, so come for heritage and scenery rather than a fast time
