2026 Suffolk Coastal Marathon - Oct 10

Single off-road loop from Dunwich along the Suffolk Heritage Coast marathon course in Dunwich with 288m elevation gain. Flat by trail-marathon standards but not a road-flat course - roughly 288m (945ft) of gentle total ascent over an over-distance route of about 26.7 miles. The challenge is the mixed footing rather than big climbs: loose beach shingle, narrow heathland paths through gorse and heather, dyke tops, forest track and field edges. Expect to run slower than your road marathon time
