The Urado Bridge just past 20 km rises about 43 m over roughly 800 m to the course high point of about 49 m on the official chart (the 50 m figure quoted online is the bridge's height above the sea, not its climb). Then from about 41 km a ramp of some 600 m, which Japanese runners call the Haruno hill, lifts you about 31 m over the final 1.5 km into GIKEN Stadium at 33.4 m.
