The 64th Ehime Marathon is an out-and-back road marathon in Matsuyama, Japan, starting at the Ehime Prefectural Government Office, heading north along the Seto Inland Sea to a turnaround at Hojo Bunka-no-Mori Park, and finishing at Shiroyama Park below Matsuyama Castle. The full marathon is the only distance, with a field cap of 10,300 runners and a 6-hour time limit.

The course runs north along the Seto Inland Sea from the Ehime Prefectural Government Office to a turnaround at Hojo Bunka-no-Mori Park, finishing at Shiroyama Park below Matsuyama Castle. The middle 11-31 km runs flat along the coast, and the high point of roughly 46 m appears twice, just past 8 km outbound and again just past 35 km, as it is the same hill taken in both directions.
