2026 Charlotte Marathon
The Novant Health Charlotte Marathon is the Queen City's only full marathon, a rolling uptown-to-neighborhood tour through Myers Park and NoDa, starting and finishing in Uptown Charlotte. It is a USATF-certified Boston qualifier with a 6-hour time limit and about +1,044 ft (318 m) of total climbing.
Running this loop in mid-November means crisp, cool air and fewer crowds, letting you soak in the Queen City's leafy boulevards and vibrant murals in NoDa and Plaza Midwood without the summer humidity. Afterward, warm up with a hearty bowl of Carolina-style barbecue and a local craft brew in South End, where the rail trail buzzes with post-race energy.
