2027 Little Rock Marathon
The Little Rock Marathon is a rolling capital-city tour in Little Rock, Arkansas, known for its giant finisher medal and generous time limits. The course starts and finishes on LaHarpe Boulevard downtown, passes the Arkansas State Capitol, and includes a notable climb up Kavanaugh Boulevard through Hillcrest. It is a USATF-certified Boston qualifier with a 6-hour standard limit and an 8-hour early start option.
In early March, Little Rock's mild, pre-spring weather makes the rolling course through Hillcrest and along the Arkansas River Trail pleasant, and the city's historic district offers a post-race stroll past the Old State House and a taste of Southern comfort food like fried catfish and chocolate gravy.
