A mostly flat downtown loop with +153 m (about 500 ft) of total climbing, almost all of it in one stretch: the climb through Iroquois Park near mile 11, the highest point in Louisville. The route passes through the Churchill Downs infield (home of the Kentucky Derby) and the historic Victorian streets of Old Louisville.
