2027 Pittsburgh Marathon
The DICK'S Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon is a deceptively hilly city point-to-loop course crossing the city's yellow bridges and three rivers, with about +933 ft (284 m) of total climbing. It starts on Liberty Avenue downtown and is USATF-certified and a Boston qualifier.
Pittsburgh in early May is a sweet spot—mild, green, and buzzing with pre-summer energy. You'll run over the city's iconic yellow bridges, feel the climb into Oakland's university district, and afterward, treat yourself to a Primanti Brothers sandwich stacked with fries and coleslaw, a true local rite of passage.
